  • Employees can elect to stop, change or restart contribution amounts by contacting Fidelity.

Annual Limits

The annual limit of employee and employer contributions is set by the IRS and may change each year. The limits in the past few years are as follows:

2024 Annual Catch-up Contribution Limit: + $7,500 (for those over age 50)

2023 Annual Contribution Limit: $22,500
2023 Annual Catch-up Contribution Limit: + $7,500 (for those over age 50)

Newly hired? Auto Enrollment

You are automatically enrolled at 3%. Your information will be provided to Fidelity after 30 days. At that time, you may set up your account with Fidelity. If you have a retirement account from a previous employer that you would like to roll over, contact Fidelity to facilitate the process.

Employer Match

Bronson will match 50% retirement contributions up to 3% of your eligible salary. Example: If you contribute 6% of your salary to the plan, Bronson will contribute 3% (or 50% match) to your account. Bronson contributions are made per pay period to employees who work 38 hours or more in the pay period.

Vesting Schedule

You are always 100% vested in your own contributions to the Bronson 403(b) Plan. If you work at least 1,000 hours each plan year, the vesting schedule for the company match follows:
Less than 1 year of continuous service = 0% vested
More than 1 but less than 2 years of continuous service = 60 % vested
More than 2 but less than 3 years of continuous service = 80% vested
3 or more years of continuous service = 100% vested
