Unexpected Financial Crisis?
Bronson’s Employee In Crisis (EIC) Fund was established to assist employees who experience a significant
personal crisis, which is defined as a sudden, unplanned event for which the employee had little or no
ability to prepare and who has also exhausted all other available resources.
Examples of a crisis include, but are not limited to:
- Fires
- Natural disasters
- Severe illness
- Accidents
- Required home repairs to
ensure heat/running water/electricity
- Required costs to ensure adequate transportation to continue
employment
- Loss of property
- A death in the immediate family
The following are not qualifying reasons for purpose of EIC:
- On-going financial problems (i.e. you have more money going out
than you have coming in)
- Inadequate financial planning
- Maintenance or cosmetic home improvements
- Car payments/routine car repairs
- Planned or elective medical treatment
- Credit card payment
- Problems resulting from poor money management (i.e. large cable or phone bills)
The EIC process is strictly confidential. All applications will be reviewed anonymously by
a committee. Please note incomplete applications or inadequate documentation will delay
your application and may cause your application to be denied.
